The Role

OpenTrain AI is hiring an Investment Banking AI Training Expert for a research project with a leading foundational model AI lab. You will create and evaluate investment banking materials, including financial models, pitch decks, and investment memos, for use as AI training examples.

This is a remote, hourly contractor role with part-time scheduling and a minimum four-week engagement. The role requires at least 20 hours per week and may be extended.

• Pay: $100 to $130 per hour
• Work arrangement: Remote
• Engagement: Contractor and part time
• Minimum commitment: Four weeks
• Expected time: 20 or more hours per week

What You'll Do

You will combine investment banking experience, financial analysis, and clear written communication to produce high-quality examples and assess whether AI-generated content is accurate, realistic, and useful.

• Create financial models, pitch decks, and investment summaries for AI training examples.
• Evaluate and refine AI-generated investment banking content for accuracy and realism.
• Analyze company and industry data to produce training materials.
• Provide expert feedback that improves model understanding of investment banking workflows.

Requirements

This project requires substantial investment banking experience and the ability to assess professional financial content. Candidates should be comfortable creating or reviewing materials commonly used in investment banking.

• At least two years of experience at a top investment banking firm
• Expertise in financial modeling, pitch decks, investment memos, or company and industry analysis
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong written communication skills
• English proficiency
