About this role
OpenTrain is recruiting for a Bilingual Indonesian Psychology AI Training Expert to help improve AI systems through expert review and creation of psychological content. You will apply professional psychology knowledge to case studies, documentation, assessments, bilingual scenarios, and model-generated material, helping ensure that outputs are accurate, ethically sound, culturally sensitive, and aligned with psychological best practices. The role combines clinical and academic perspective with careful written evaluation across Indonesian and English.

What you will do
Analyze psychological case studies and documentation, providing nuanced feedback grounded in professional experience. Develop culturally sensitive psychological scenarios and supporting materials in Indonesian and English for data enrichment and model training. Evaluate AI-generated psychological content for accuracy, ethical considerations, and alignment with established best practices. Interpret and refine psychological assessments across languages while preserving meaning and cultural context. Collaborate with interdisciplinary contributors to consider diverse user needs and document evaluation processes clearly and systematically.

Required skills
A PhD in Psychology with demonstrated experience in both clinical and academic settings is required. Candidates should have professional fluency in Indonesian and English, including the ability to handle complex psychological terminology in both languages. Experience developing or evaluating case studies and psychological assessments, strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, ethical decision-making, and excellent written and verbal communication are important for this work. Cultural sensitivity, adaptability in multicultural environments, and familiarity with digital tools for remote collaboration and documentation are also valued.

Helpful background
Experience treating patients, holding an active clinical license, publishing relevant psychological research, or working with AI and technology can support this work. Prior AI training experience is not required; domain expertise in psychology is the foundation for success.
