Tagalog-Speaking Psychologist for AI Evaluation

You will help improve AI systems by reviewing and creating psychological content in Tagalog and English. The work requires careful attention to accuracy, ethics, cultural context, and established psychological practice.

You will document your methods and findings clearly and work with contributors from other fields to address varied user needs.

• Analyze psychological case studies and documentation, then provide feedback based on professional experience.
• Create culturally sensitive psychological scenarios and materials in Tagalog and English for data enrichment and model training.
• Evaluate AI-generated content for accuracy, ethical issues, and alignment with psychological best practices.
• Interpret and refine psychological assessments in Tagalog and English while preserving meaning and cultural context.
• Record evaluation processes and findings to support clear, repeatable work.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary contributors to develop well-rounded solutions.

What It Pays and Takes

This is a part-time contractor role with a stated commitment of at least 20 hours per week. The work calls for advanced psychology expertise, bilingual communication, and careful written evaluation.

• Pay: $100-$200 USD per hour.
• Time: 20 or more hours per week.
• Language: Professional fluency in Tagalog and English, including complex psychological terminology.
• Education: PhD in Psychology.
• Experience: Demonstrated experience in both clinical and academic settings, including developing or evaluating case studies and psychological assessments.
• Required strengths: Strong analysis, critical thinking, ethical judgment, and written and verbal communication.
• Helpful background: Translating nuanced psychological concepts between Tagalog and English, cultural sensitivity in multicultural settings, remote collaboration tools, and systematic documentation.
• Clinical experience and an active license to treat patients are relevant to the work.
