OpenTrain AI is the centralized platform where people build careers in AI training and data labeling. We hire and contract contributors directly, helping you grow experience in a fast-expanding field while keeping your portfolio and opportunities in one place.
As the hiring organization for this role, OpenTrain AI connects experienced healthcare professionals to projects that shape how clinical billing and compliance systems learn and improve.
Why AI Training Work Matters in Healthcare
AI training (data labeling, annotation, and human feedback) is the human foundation behind reliable AI systems. In healthcare billing and revenue integrity, human reviewers teach models to find missed charges, duplicate charges, coding errors, and compliance risks so automated tools become accurate and defensible.
This work is remote-friendly and flexible, and it places you at the cutting edge of how AI supports revenue cycle operations and regulatory compliance.
The Role
You will evaluate AI-generated charge review outputs, coding recommendations, and revenue integrity alerts across charge capture workflows. Your assessments and structured annotations will be used to train and improve AI systems that detect revenue leakage and ensure billing compliance.
This is a part-time contractor role requiring 20+ hours per week, English fluency, and US residency. Compensation is USD $88 per hour.
