The Role

OpenTrain is seeking a Healthcare Presentation Review and Reconstruction Expert to rebuild executive-level healthcare and life sciences presentations from slide images. You will recreate content and layouts in Microsoft PowerPoint while strengthening clarity, visual communication, factual precision, and evidence-based messaging.

The work combines presentation design judgment with healthcare-specific review. You will handle terminology, caveats, definitions, regulatory considerations, safety information, clinical content, and market access context with care.

This is a remote, part-time contractor project paying $150 to $350 per hour. Production tasks generally take one to two hours per slide and are completed in project-based sprints with flexible timing. The expected commitment is 20 or more hours per week.

What You’ll Do

You will reconstruct business slides from images in Microsoft PowerPoint while preserving the original text, charts, layout, and factual meaning. You will also assess whether the presentation communicates its intended message clearly and professionally.

Your work may cover clinical data presentations, market access strategies, product launch plans, and regulatory or safety communications. You will document your thinking in a detailed rationale log, explaining improvements and defending elements that should remain unchanged.

You will edit content for precision and alignment with healthcare and life sciences communication standards, using strong visual and analytical judgment throughout the reconstruction process.

Requirements

This role requires at least three years of direct experience in healthcare delivery, insurance, pharma, biotech, medtech, or healthcare consulting. You should also have demonstrated experience creating and editing executive-level PowerPoint presentations for senior stakeholders or client audiences.

Candidates must be able to evaluate healthcare communications critically and explain how terminology, evidence, definitions, caveats, and domain-specific considerations affect the accuracy and usefulness of a presentation.
