About AI training work
AI training is the human work behind systems that generate and understand language. People review examples, write responses, and rate model outputs so AI can produce more accurate and useful results.
People with strong subject knowledge are paid for careful judgment because their expertise helps distinguish correct, clear, and culturally appropriate answers from flawed ones. OpenTrain helps people find this kind of work and build a profile for future AI training opportunities.
