Personal Account Generalist Rater

You will evaluate AI-generated responses that use information from connected Google apps, such as Gmail, Google Photos, Google Calendar, or Google Drive. Your reviews will help assess whether an AI response uses personal context correctly and provides a useful experience.

• Review professional email history and activity from connected Google apps.
• Check whether retrieved context is relevant, accurate, and used appropriately.
• Compare multiple AI responses and choose the stronger overall experience.
• Identify unsupported assumptions, incorrect context use, and irrelevant recommendations.
• Write clear, detailed feedback that supports consistent model evaluation.
• Follow project guidelines and protect data privacy and confidentiality.

What the Work Requires

This is an entry-level contractor role for people with strong judgment, written communication, and attention to detail. Previous AI evaluation, data annotation, content review, quality assurance, or independent remote work experience can help but is not required.

• Open to candidates currently residing in the United States.
• Fluent in English with excellent written communication skills.
• Strong analytical judgment for reviewing nuanced AI responses.
• Active use of Google apps and sufficient account history for retrieval prompts.
• Ability and willingness to connect eligible Google apps for personalized evaluation tasks.
• Desktop or laptop with reliable internet access.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in any field.
• At least 20 hours per week, including at least four hours of overlap with Pacific Time.
• The engagement may last up to 16 weeks, with up to 40 hours per week.
