About AI training work
AI training is the human work behind systems that generate and understand text. Contributors write examples, review model responses, and provide feedback so AI systems handle language, facts, instructions, and different audiences more reliably.
People with strong subject knowledge and careful judgment are needed for specialized review, especially when a project involves mathematics, language quality, cultural context, and reasoning.
