This is a part-time contractor role for U.S.-based applicants only, requiring 20+ hours per week. Compensation is paid hourly (pay up to $55/hr; documented hourly range $10–$55).
What you'll do
Draft, edit, and refine marketing brochures, presentation decks, and written reports in German.
Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to produce and format deliverables.
Review content for factual accuracy, logical flow, and clear business tone appropriate to Fortune 500 standards.
Provide quality-assurance feedback to help improve model outputs and annotation guidelines.
Submit practical, context-rich examples and commentary that reflect real-world marketing scenarios.
Maintain confidentiality and data integrity across all deliverables.
Requirements
Native-level German proficiency in writing and speaking.
At least 3 years of experience creating or refining marketing documentation.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills and ability to deliver polished documents.
Familiarity with Fortune 500 business communication standards and practical business context.
Excellent attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, and habit of working independently in remote settings.
Ability to handle confidential material and follow data security expectations.
