About AI Training Work
AI training (also called data labeling or human feedback work) is how people teach models to perform real-world tasks. Contributors annotate, evaluate, and critique model outputs so AI systems produce accurate, useful, and professional results.
This work is often remote and flexible, accessible to people with language fluency or domain experience, and gives you direct influence on how state-of-the-art systems behave.
The Role
You will be a Business Document AI Review Expert (German speaker) evaluating AI-generated deliverables — documents, slides, and spreadsheets — for professional quality across finance, strategy, marketing, and operations.
This is a part-time contractor position with a minimum commitment of 20+ hours per week. Work is fully remote and open worldwide; fluency in German is required.
Employment type: Contractor, part-time
Time: 20+ hours/week (remote, worldwide)
Data type: Documents (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Labeling type: Evaluation / Rating
What You’ll Do
You will work directly with AI outputs to check accuracy, clarity, and business relevance, then provide structured, actionable feedback so models improve over time.
Tasks include evaluating deliverables to consulting- or Fortune 500-level standards, designing realistic business scenarios for model testing, annotating common errors, and escalating recurring quality issues.
Review AI-generated Word documents, PowerPoint decks, and Excel workbooks for precision and business fit
Deliver structured critiques and ratings using provided rubrics
Design and test realistic business scenarios that reflect current professional workflows
Document recurring failure modes and communicate escalations to improve model behavior
Requirements
Candidates must meet the stated educational, experience, and language requirements and be proficient with common office tools.
We will ask for evidence of your business deliverables experience and examples that demonstrate strong written feedback in German.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
3+ years professional experience in strategy, finance, marketing, operations, sales, or HR
German language fluency (reading and writing)
Proven mastery of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for polished professional deliverables
Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills with strong attention to detail

Advanced degrees such as an MBA or prior evaluation work are advantages but not required beyond the listed requirements.
Experience at a Fortune 500 company, top-tier consulting firm, or leading financial institution is a plus
Prior AI evaluation, prompt engineering, or document automation experience is helpful
