The role

OpenTrain is hiring a Business Document Review Specialist fluent in Portuguese to evaluate AI-generated business deliverables across Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. You will judge precision, relevance, clarity, structure, and professional quality for a range of business topics including finance, strategy, marketing, operations, analysis, reporting, and proposals.

This is a contractor, part-time position requiring 20+ hours per week, available worldwide for Portuguese speakers.

What you'll do

You will review AI outputs and deliver structured, actionable feedback that helps teams improve model usefulness and consistency in real business workflows.

• Evaluate AI-generated documents for accuracy, clarity, structure, and business relevance across finance, strategy, marketing, operations, analysis, presentations, reporting, and proposals
• Work directly in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to execute and validate sophisticated business tasks and outputs
• Design realistic business scenarios and prompts that reflect current professional workflows
• Annotate recurring issues and produce concise reports or recommendations for improvement teams
• Rate outputs and generate alternative texts or edits when required (evaluation rating and text generation tasks)

Required qualifications

We need experienced business professionals who can judge quality at a high standard and communicate clear, constructive feedback.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
• 3+ years of professional experience in business functions such as strategy, finance, marketing, operations, sales, or HR
• Fluent written and verbal Portuguese (required)
• Strong mastery of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Excellent analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
• Careful attention to detail and the ability to give constructive feedback
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) is preferred
• Self-starter mindset and comfort working remotely as a contractor

How it works & pay

OpenTrain will onboard you to the labeling tasks and review guidelines. Tasks include evaluation ratings and short text-generation edits or examples tied to document outputs. You will document findings and follow a structured annotation workflow.

Compensation is hourly and paid in USD. This project pays within a competitive range up to $70 USD per hour; typical rates fall between $20 and $70 USD per hour depending on task complexity and reviewer experience.
