OpenTrain AI is seeking a Frontend Engineering AI Evaluation Specialist to contribute expert frontend knowledge to AI training work. You will assess real-world engineering decisions, explain architectural trade-offs, and produce precise written feedback that helps AI systems reason about frontend development.

What You’ll Do

You will analyze frontend engineering decisions and write concise rationales for technical approaches and architectural patterns. Your evaluations should be contextual, actionable, and grounded in sound engineering judgment.

• Evaluate code samples, component architectures, and state management solutions

Required Qualifications

• At least three years of professional frontend engineering experience
• Production experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and modern HTML and CSS
• Strong understanding of frontend architecture

• Familiarity with accessibility and inclusive web development
• Understanding of SSR, CSR, and SSG rendering strategies
• Experience writing RFCs, ADRs, design notes, or rigorous code review feedback
