The role

OpenTrain is hiring a French-speaking Business Document AI Review Expert to evaluate AI-generated business deliverables—presentations, reports, proposals, spreadsheets—and provide clear, actionable feedback to improve quality for business users.

You will work independently and remotely, using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to recreate business scenarios, test model outputs, and document recurring issues that affect professional use.

What you'll do

Daily work focuses on assessing AI-written business content for accuracy, relevance, clarity, and professional tone, then recording structured feedback that helps improve models and workflows.

• Review AI-generated business documents for precision, relevance, and professional quality.
• Use Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to work through scenarios, presentations, reports, and proposals.
• Deliver structured feedback and actionable recommendations on model outputs.
• Document recurring issues and contribute to improving consistency of business-focused AI systems.
• Work independently in a remote setting, meeting weekly or project milestones as required.

Requirements

You must meet the core qualifications below; these reflect skills used directly in the work.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in business functions such as strategy, finance, marketing, operations, sales, or HR.
• Fluency in French (reading and writing) — role-specific collaboration is in French.
• Strong command of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to produce and assess polished business deliverables.
• Excellent written communication, analytical thinking, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience reviewing or critiquing AI-generated business documents and practical familiarity with AI tools, AI evaluation, prompt engineering, or document automation are helpful for success.
