The Role
OpenTrain is hiring a French AI Safety Evaluation Expert to assess how advanced AI models handle sensitive subjects in French. You will create expert-level prompts, classify prompts and conversations against structured guidelines, identify safety concerns, and document the reasoning behind your decisions.
The role is designed for careful communicators with strong French fluency and sound judgment. Prior AI or machine-learning experience is not required.

What You’ll Do
You will apply French language fluency, cultural context, and structured evaluation guidelines to written AI safety tasks. Clear documentation is essential because your assessments help explain where model behavior is safe, ambiguous, or problematic.
Write expert-level prompts in French across sensitive subject areas
Classify prompts and conversations using structured guidelines

Requirements
You should be able to write nuanced French prompts about sensitive topics and explain your decisions in business-level written English. A bachelor's degree completed or in progress is required.
