About this role
OpenTrain is recruiting for a FL Studio Workflow Specialist to help create high-quality interaction data for AI systems. You will use FL Studio to complete realistic music-production workflows, demonstrate how you navigate the application, and turn practical software knowledge into documented examples, prompts, and evaluation rubrics. This role is suited to an experienced FL Studio user who can explain the tools, features, and techniques behind their work while following defined quality standards.

What you will do
Complete assigned workflows and tasks within FL Studio using practical application knowledge. Work with features related to music production, audio editing, mixing, sound design, and project organization. Record your screen while completing workflows and clearly demonstrate the steps taken. Create realistic prompts and detailed rubrics based on completed workflows. Document workflow steps and explain the tools, features, and techniques used. Review task outputs for accuracy and alignment with project guidelines. Work independently while following detailed instructions and quality requirements.

Required skills
Strong hands-on experience using FL Studio for music production, audio editing, or sound design. Current access to FL Studio and the ability to use it independently. Comfort with recording and sharing your screen while demonstrating workflows. Ability to explain software tools and workflow decisions clearly. Strong attention to detail and consistent adherence to instructions.

Helpful background
Experience combining music production, mixing, sound design, and project organization in FL Studio can help you handle a broad range of workflow tasks. Familiarity with creating structured prompts, documenting software procedures, or evaluating outputs against rubrics is also useful for this AI training work.

Work arrangement
This is a remote contractor opportunity for an individual contributor. The work centers on hands-on FL Studio usage, screen-recorded demonstrations, workflow documentation, and quality review.

Pay
The advertised hourly range is $30‑$100 per hour.
