The Role
OpenTrain is seeking a Finnish Scientific AI Safety Evaluator to create expert prompts in Finnish and evaluate AI-generated responses. You will assess scientific accuracy, usefulness, and sensitive-content handling while applying structured guidelines to prompts and conversations.

What You’ll Do
Write expert-level prompts in Finnish across specialized scientific subjects

Requirements
You must have an ongoing or completed PhD in chemistry, biology, or a closely related scientific field. You should also have deep familiarity with modern laboratory or computational techniques in a relevant subfield.
Strong judgment around scientific safety, chemical safety, biosafety, biosecurity, or hazardous materials is important. You must be able to evaluate specialized AI-generated content and apply your expertise to chemical, biological, radiological, or nuclear topics.
PhD-level knowledge in chemistry, biology, or a closely related field
Native or near-native Finnish
Business-level written English
Ability to evaluate scientific accuracy in specialized AI-generated content
Judgment around scientific safety and dual-use information
Familiarity with modern laboratory or computational techniques
