You will review AI-generated Finnish content and create high-quality Finnish reference answers. Your work will help make AI writing more accurate, natural, useful, and appropriate for Finnish audiences.

The role includes detailed language review, factual checks, structured ratings, and original writing across general knowledge, customer support, education, and conversational content.

• Review Finnish writing for fluency, grammar, spelling, tone, accuracy, and cultural fit.
• Find mistranslations, register problems, ambiguity, logical inconsistencies, and unsafe or misleading content.
• Fact-check claims when needed and flag hallucinated or misleading information.
• Write strong Finnish rewrites and gold-standard reference answers.
• Create prompts and reference answers in Finnish.
• Compare and rate multiple AI responses for correctness, naturalness, usefulness, and overall quality.
• Adapt language for formal and informal settings, different audiences, and clear-language Finnish, also called selkokieli.

This is a remote, part-time contractor role for an expert Finnish language reviewer. The work suits someone who can maintain consistent quality in a self-directed workflow.

• Prior experience in AI data training, annotation, translation quality assurance, editorial quality assurance, or rubric-based evaluation.
• Helpful: A bachelor's degree or higher in a language-related field.
