In this project, your legal judgment will help evaluate how effectively AI-generated work products handle sophisticated finance and real estate matters. The work offers qualified legal professionals a direct role in shaping how advanced legal AI performs in practice.
OpenTrain is recruiting a Finance and Real Estate Legal AI Reviewer for a blinded human-preference study supporting legal AI training. You will assess realistic synthetic legal matters and their underlying documents, compare multiple AI-generated legal work products, and explain which outputs are more useful from an experienced practitioner's perspective.
You will review six blinded AI deliverables labeled A through F and make five head-to-head comparisons against a common comparator output. Each comparison requires a preference and a short, specific rationale.
You will evaluate each deliverable for correctness, completeness, legal judgment, and practical usefulness. Your assessments should distinguish technically correct work from analysis that is well-reasoned, complete, and genuinely useful to a legal practitioner.
Project materials must be handled confidentially under an NDA. You must not use external AI tools on the synthetic legal matters, underlying documents, or other project materials.
The review work may cover several sophisticated finance and real estate matters. Relevant experience should enable you to identify both technical legal issues and the practical quality of the resulting work product.
You must be a qualified lawyer with substantive experience in the listed finance or real estate practice areas. You should be comfortable evaluating legal work product independently and explaining comparative judgments in precise written English.
