ERPNext Business Systems Task Executor

The Work

You will follow assigned instructions and values to complete structured workflows in ERPNext on the Frappe Framework. You will provide clear evidence that each task was completed correctly and report unclear instructions or unexpected system behavior without guessing.

The work supports AI system development by documenting realistic enterprise resource planning processes.

• Create, submit, cancel, and verify quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, invoices, journal entries, stock entries, bills of materials, and work orders.
• Work across Accounting, Stock, Buying, Selling, Manufacturing, Assets, Projects, and HR modules.
• Capture document IDs, reports, ledger effects, stock updates, screenshots, and exported files.
• Record your screen when required and keep clear records of task completion.
• Check document IDs, amounts, quantities, accounts, warehouses, and other assigned values before submission.

What It Pays and Takes

This is a contractor engagement paid per task. The listing does not provide a rate or total pay amount.

The project is expected to last about five weeks, with a possible extension. Assigned tasks take about 60 minutes on average.

• Time: 20+ hours per week; the project description also describes the engagement as full-time.
• Location: Worldwide and remote.

• Experience: Hands-on ERPNext experience or experience with a comparable ERP system such as SAP, Odoo, or NetSuite.
