About this role
OpenTrain is recruiting an ERP Workflow Benchmarking Expert to create reusable application templates and realistic task environments for AI benchmarking across professional software. You will translate enterprise administration, ERP, medical records, and legal technology workflows into consistent assets, reference solutions, expected outputs, and technically correct processes that can be checked automatically.

What you will do
Map application capabilities, supported inputs, key operations, and export formats. Create realistic and internally consistent assets such as charts of accounts, purchase orders, invoices, patient intake forms, legal contracts, and workflow checklists. Complete and document reference solutions that demonstrate human-achievable workflows. Define expected outputs and explain why accounting, medical, legal, or administrative workflows are correct. Collaborate with engineers implementing automated verification checks, and review application workflows and task assets for accuracy, consistency, and completeness.

Required skills
You should have professional experience in business administration, ERP implementation, medical records management, or legal technology workflows. Hands-on experience with ERPNext, OpenEMR, or Odoo and experience administering or operating enterprise software are required. Knowledge of general ledger accounting and double-entry bookkeeping, patient record workflows, or contract lifecycle management is valuable. You should be able to create and validate ERP and administrative workflows and explain why a reconciliation or workflow state is correct. Clear written English and strong attention to detail are essential.

Helpful background
Experience with Oracle Financials, DocuSign, or iManage; SQL database queries; ERP business logic customization; or enterprise workflow documentation and operational checklists can support success in this role.
