About AI Training Work

AI training is the human side of building modern artificial intelligence. Experts create examples, evaluate model responses, and define the standards AI systems must meet. In this role, your marketing judgment will help advanced AI agents handle realistic enterprise communications, positioning, and analytics work.

  • Work remotely with a flexible contract arrangement.
  • Contribute directly to how cutting-edge AI systems reason about marketing tasks.
  • Use your professional expertise to create practical, high-quality training data.

The Role

OpenTrain AI is recruiting an Enterprise Marketing AI Task Author to create expert tasks that train and evaluate advanced AI agents on real enterprise marketing work. You will design scenarios involving brand communications, competitive positioning, and campaign attribution, using factual accuracy, brand judgment, and data-backed reasoning as quality standards.

  • Employment type: Contractor and part-time
  • Work arrangement: Fully remote and flexible
  • Time requirement: 20+ hours per week
  • Pay: $20–$50 per hour
  • Language: English
  • Location: Worldwide

What You'll Do

You will create complete, realistic marketing evaluation tasks and verify that each one reflects genuine professional judgment. This includes preparing the context, defining what a strong answer looks like, and ensuring the scoring criteria are clear, accurate, and checkable.

  • Author prompts for on-brand announcement drafts, competitive comparison documents, and campaign attribution analysis.
  • Build scoring rubrics covering factual accuracy, brand fit, and the data logic supporting a conclusion.
  • Prepare task environments with campaign data, brand guidelines, competitive intelligence, and analytics outputs.
  • Solve each task to confirm the scenario is realistic, the expected output is clear, and the rubric reflects genuine marketing judgment.
  • Adjust data complexity, brand guideline specificity, and attribution ambiguity to calibrate task difficulty.
  • Review and correct AI-drafted prompts or rubrics when provided.

Required Skills And Background

This opportunity is listed at the entry level, but it requires hands-on marketing experience and the ability to apply that experience precisely when creating and evaluating AI tasks. You should be comfortable turning professional marketing judgment into specific standards that another evaluator can consistently apply.

  • Experience in demand generation, content marketing, product marketing, or a closely related marketing function.
  • Ability to verify factual accuracy in marketing claims and determine whether conclusions follow from underlying data.
  • Strong brand judgment and the ability to explain on-brand decisions with specific, checkable criteria.
  • Comfort working with campaign performance data, attribution reports, and competitive positioning documents.
  • Ability to define precise correctness standards for marketing outputs.
  • Helpful experience includes B2B, enterprise, or Latin American marketing.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Marketo, Google Analytics, or Looker is useful.
  • Experience with regional or multinational brands is relevant.
