The Role
OpenTrain is seeking an Enterprise Marketing AI Task Author to create and calibrate expert tasks for training and evaluating advanced AI agents on real enterprise marketing work. You will translate marketing judgment into realistic scenarios involving announcements, competitive analysis, and campaign attribution.
You will also define the factual, brand, and data standards that make each result assessable. This is a part-time contractor opportunity requiring 20 or more hours per week, with compensation of $20–$50 per hour.

What You'll Do
You will design complete task environments and verify that each assignment reflects genuine marketing work. Your responsibilities will include creating scenarios, defining evaluation standards, solving tasks yourself, and improving prompts or rubrics when needed.
Author prompts for on-brand announcement drafts
Create competitive comparison document tasks
Develop campaign attribution analysis scenarios
Write scoring rubrics covering factual accuracy, brand fit, and data logic
Assemble task environments using campaign data, brand guidelines, competitive intelligence, and analytics outputs
Solve each task to confirm the scenario is realistic and the expected output is clear
Calibrate difficulty by adjusting data complexity, guideline specificity, and attribution ambiguity
Review and correct AI-drafted prompts or rubrics
Requirements
Hands-on experience in demand generation, content marketing, product marketing, or a closely related marketing function is required. You should be comfortable turning professional marketing judgment into specific, checkable standards for AI evaluation.
The role requires the ability to verify marketing claims, interpret campaign performance and attribution data, and determine whether conclusions are supported by underlying evidence. Strong brand judgment and precise communication are essential.
