About AI Training Work
AI training is the human side of building artificial intelligence. Contributors create examples, write prompts, and evaluate model responses so advanced AI systems can produce more accurate, useful, and reliable results. This work is fully remote and often offers flexible hours around other commitments.
The Role
OpenTrain is seeking an Enterprise Marketing AI Task Author to create and calibrate expert tasks based on real enterprise marketing work. You will turn marketing judgment into realistic prompts, data-backed scenarios, and precise scoring standards covering brand communications, competitive positioning, and campaign attribution.
This opportunity is listed as entry level and is structured as a flexible, task-based contract. Practical marketing experience is required, and the work is suited to professionals with backgrounds such as demand generation, content marketing, or product marketing.

What You'll Do
You will design marketing-focused tasks that test whether AI agents can produce accurate, brand-aligned, and data-supported work. Each task should reflect realistic professional judgment and include clear standards for evaluating the result.
Author prompts for on-brand announcement drafts, competitive comparison documents, and campaign attribution analysis.
Create scoring rubrics covering factual accuracy, brand fit, and the data logic required to support conclusions.
Assemble task environments using campaign data, brand guidelines, competitive intelligence, and analytics outputs.
Complete each task yourself to confirm that the scenario is realistic, the expected output is clear, and the rubric reflects genuine marketing judgment.
Adjust data complexity, brand-guideline specificity, and attribution ambiguity to calibrate task difficulty.
Review and correct AI-drafted prompts or rubrics when they are provided.
Requirements
You should be able to assess marketing work using specific, checkable criteria rather than writing quality alone. Strong candidates can connect marketing claims and recommendations to underlying evidence while explaining how brand standards affect the evaluation.
Hands-on experience in demand generation, content marketing, product marketing, or a closely related marketing function.
Ability to verify factual accuracy in marketing claims and trace conclusions to campaign or attribution data.
Strong brand judgment and the ability to explain on-brand decisions using specific, checkable criteria.
Ability to design precise scoring rubrics for marketing outputs.
Ability to define correctness standards based on accuracy, brand alignment, and data support rather than writing quality alone.
Helpful Background
The following experience is useful but is not identified as required. It may help you create more realistic enterprise marketing scenarios and evaluate specialized outputs.
B2B, enterprise, or Southeast Asian market-focused marketing experience
Familiarity with HubSpot, Marketo, Google Analytics, or Looker
Experience with BPO, technology, or multinational brands operating in the Philippines
