The Role

OpenTrain is seeking a Data Quality and CRM Operations Evaluator to review AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will apply practical expertise in data quality and CRM operations to determine whether each work product is accurate, rigorous, visually effective, and aligned with domain-specific standards.

This is an entry-level classified project with a stated requirement of at least five years of relevant professional experience. The role requires 20 or more hours per week and pays $80-$120 per hour.

What You'll Do

You will evaluate varied business artifacts against established rubrics and document the reasoning behind your judgments. Your feedback will help identify weaknesses and support improvements to AI-generated work.

• Review AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks
• Apply domain-specific data quality and CRM operations rubrics consistently
• Check factual accuracy, analytical rigor, aesthetic quality, and presentation
• Identify factual, visual, and formatting errors
• Explain the judgment behind each finding
• Write clear, concise, and structured feedback

Requirements

Applicants should bring substantial professional experience in data quality or CRM operations and be comfortable evaluating business materials against consistent standards. Strong written English is essential because the work involves precise reviews and well-supported feedback.

• At least five years of professional experience in data quality or CRM operations
• Native or professional fluency in English
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• High proficiency with Google Slides or PowerPoint
• Ability to assess the quality and presentation of slide decks
• Strong judgment when applying standards across varied business artifacts
• Ability to identify factual, aesthetic, and presentation errors

Preferred Background

An advanced degree, such as a master's degree or higher from a reputable institution, is preferred but is not listed as a required qualification.
