The Role
OpenTrain is seeking a Customer Success Operations AI Evaluator to assess AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will judge each output for accuracy, rigor, factual correctness, aesthetics, and presentation quality while applying customer success and support operations expertise.
This is a remote, hourly contractor engagement for 20 or more hours per week. The pay range is $80 to $120 per hour.

What You’ll Do

- Review AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and presentation decks.
- Evaluate outputs against customer success and support operations quality rubrics.

Requirements
This role requires substantial professional experience in customer success or support operations, along with the ability to evaluate business materials critically. You should be comfortable distinguishing factual, visual, and presentation issues and explaining your judgment in clear written English.
- At least five years of relevant professional experience in customer success or support operations.
- Native or professional fluency in English.
- Highly proficient use of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Strong working knowledge of Google Slides or PowerPoint.
- Ability to assess factual accuracy, rigor, aesthetics, and presentation quality.
- Ability to evaluate AI-generated materials against quality rubrics.
- Sound judgment when identifying factual, aesthetic, and presentation errors.
Preferred Background and Eligibility
