The Role
OpenTrain AI is seeking a People Operations and Recruiting AI Evaluator for a remote, hourly contractor engagement. You will review AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and presentation decks created for people operations and recruiting contexts.
The work centers on careful expert assessment against detailed, domain-specific quality rubrics. You will identify content and presentation weaknesses and explain your conclusions through clear, structured written feedback.

What You’ll Do
You will evaluate AI-generated people operations and recruiting artifacts for both substance and presentation. Your reviews should consistently apply the relevant quality standards and give actionable explanations that make strengths, errors, and improvement areas easy to understand.
Assess documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks against domain-specific quality rubrics
Check factual accuracy, rigor, clarity, aesthetics, and overall presentation quality
Identify errors, omissions, inconsistencies, and weaknesses in content or format
Provide clear, structured written feedback for each evaluation
Apply professional judgment consistently across review assignments
Requirements
This role requires substantial professional experience in people operations or recruiting, despite the structured experience-level classification. You should be comfortable making careful subject-matter judgments and communicating your reasoning in strong written English.
At least five years of relevant professional experience in people operations or recruiting
Native or professional fluency in English
Strong written English and the ability to provide clear, structured evaluation feedback
Ability to assess factual accuracy, rigor, aesthetics, and presentation quality
High proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Strong working knowledge of Google Slides or PowerPoint
Ability to apply professional judgment consistently against detailed quality standards
Preferred Background
An advanced degree, such as a master’s degree or higher from a reputable institution, is preferred for this role. The central qualification remains your practical people operations or recruiting expertise and your ability to evaluate professional materials carefully.
