The Role

OpenTrain AI is recruiting a Danish Scientific AI Safety Evaluator to support the quality and safety of advanced AI models. You will apply PhD-level expertise in chemistry, biology, or a closely related scientific field to specialized technical topics in Danish.

The role focuses on assessing whether AI-generated content is scientifically accurate, helpful, and responsible, especially when responses involve sensitive or dual-use information. Prior AI or machine-learning experience is not required.

What You’ll Do

You will use scientific judgment and structured guidelines to evaluate model behavior. Your feedback will help identify technical weaknesses and improve how AI systems handle specialized scientific and safety-related topics.

  • Write expert-level scientific prompts in Danish
  • Evaluate and annotate AI responses for scientific accuracy
  • Assess whether responses are helpful and appropriately framed
  • Review how models handle sensitive and dual-use information
  • Classify prompts and conversations according to structured guidelines
  • Identify technical weaknesses and support safer model behavior

Requirements

  • Ongoing or completed PhD in chemistry, biology, or a closely related scientific field

  • Sound judgment concerning dual-use information and responsible scientific communication
  • Familiarity with modern laboratory or computational techniques
