About AI Training Work
AI training is the human side of building artificial intelligence. Contributors write prompts, review model responses, classify conversations, and provide structured feedback that helps AI systems become more useful and reliable.
This work is part of a fast-growing technology field and can offer flexible, remote opportunities. Specialized projects such as safety evaluation benefit from strong language skills, careful judgment, and attention to detail.

The work includes handling sensitive and dual-use information with care. You will document the reasoning behind evaluation decisions and help identify patterns that could lead to unsafe or escalatory model behavior.
Remote, part-time contractor position
Default commitment of about 7 hours per week
Pay of $58 to $62 USD per hour
Norway preferred, though applicants elsewhere may also be considered
