About AI Safety Evaluation

In this role, your Danish language judgment will support safety-focused evaluation of prompts and conversations involving sensitive topics, adversarial phrasing, escalation patterns, and dual-use risks.

The Role

OpenTrain is seeking a Danish AI Safety Evaluator to perform nuanced written evaluations in Danish and document clear reasoning in English. You will follow project guidelines to assess sensitive prompts, conversations, and model outputs consistently.

This entry-level contractor position is designed for careful, independent contributors who can make sound judgments while working with sensitive and dual-use information.

What You'll Do

You will create and evaluate Danish-language content using detailed instructions. The work requires both strong language intuition and the ability to explain why a prompt, conversation, or model response should receive a particular classification.

  • Write expert-level prompts in Danish across sensitive subject areas
  • Classify prompts and conversations using structured guidelines
  • Identify adversarial phrasing and escalation patterns
  • Assess dual-use risks in written content
  • Review AI model outputs for safety and quality
  • Document the reasoning behind your judgments
  • Maintain consistent quality across repeated evaluation tasks

Requirements

Applicants must be native or near-native Danish speakers with the written English skills needed for clear reasoning and documentation. A bachelor's degree, completed or in progress, is required.

You should be comfortable following detailed guidelines, working independently on remote contractor tasks, and making careful decisions when reviewing sensitive content. Previous AI training experience is not required because the workflow and project guidelines will be provided.
