About this role
OpenTrain is recruiting for a Dutch AI Safety Evaluation Expert to help evaluate and strengthen advanced AI models handling sensitive topics in Netherlands Dutch. You will use native or near-native language ability, cultural judgment, and structured evaluation standards to create prompts, classify model interactions, and identify adversarial phrasing or escalation patterns.

What you will do
Write expert-level prompts in Netherlands Dutch across sensitive subject areas.
Classify prompts and conversations using structured guidelines.
Identify adversarial wording, escalation patterns, and other safety concerns.
Document the reasoning behind evaluation decisions.
Apply careful judgment to sensitive and dual-use information.

Required skills
Native or near-native fluency in Dutch as spoken in the Netherlands.
Business-level written English.
Strong written reasoning and attention to detail.
Sound judgment when handling sensitive and dual-use information.
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress.
Ability to work remotely while based in the Netherlands.

Helpful background
Experience reviewing, grading, or red-teaming written or technical content is useful. Background in trust and safety, content moderation, policy evaluation, or adversarial testing can help you assess difficult prompts and explain decisions clearly. Prior AI or machine learning experience is not required, and training is provided on the workflow.
