The role

We are hiring a Danish Content Analysis AI Trainer to help improve large language models by breaking down, summarizing, and analyzing complex Danish-language content. You will research factual claims, solve short analytical puzzles, and provide corrected answers with clear explanations that models can learn from.

This is a remote contractor assignment with part-time availability expected; work will involve written tasks in Danish and English and some schedule overlap with US Pacific hours (UTC-8).

What you'll do day to day

Your tasks combine reading comprehension, research, and structured annotation. You will make long content digestible for models and provide clear, factual corrections and reasoning steps.

• Read and summarize complex content into smaller, logical segments.
• Research claims online and validate factual statements with reliable sources.
• Create analytical scenarios and supply corrected answers plus explanations for training signals.
• Annotate responses and give constructive feedback to improve model behavior and evaluation ratings.
• Perform TEXT_SUMMARIZATION, QUESTION_ANSWERING, and EVALUATION_RATING tasks on Danish content.

Requirements

You must be fluent in both Danish and English and able to read and explain complex material clearly. The role expects strong analytical thinking, logical reasoning, and comfort working with structured review tasks.

• Fluency in Danish and strong English comprehension for reading and summarizing complex text.
• Experience providing structured feedback, annotations, or similar review work.
• Professional writing, research, editing, translating, or analysis experience preferred.
• Comfort using Excel and Google Suite for organization and light analysis.
• Logical reasoning and basic arithmetic skills for analytical puzzles.

Helpful background

Candidates with study or experience in writing, analysis, or technical communication will be comfortable in this role. Prior annotation or model-evaluation work is useful but not required.

• Degree or study in Engineering, Literature, Journalism, Communications, Arts, Statistics, or related fields is helpful.
• Experience as a business analyst, research analyst, copywriter, journalist, technical writer, editor, or translator is a plus.

Work schedule, tools, and logistics

This is a remote contractor, part-time assignment. OpenTrain assigns contractor work and manages onboarding and pay. You can be based anywhere, but some schedule overlap with US Pacific (UTC-8) hours is required.

• Time expectation: 20+ hours per week, up to 40 hours per week preferred.
• Daily overlap: roughly 2 to 5 hours per day overlapping UTC-8 hours.
