About This Role
OpenTrain AI is recruiting Customer Support / Success Document Review contractors to evaluate domain-specific documents for quality, accuracy, and relevance and deliver structured feedback using established guidelines.
This is an hourly, remote contractor role with a 20+ hours/week expectation; some projects may require up to a 40-hour weekly commitment. Candidates must be located in the US, GB, or CA and work in English.

What You'll Do
You will perform careful, consistent reviews of domain-specific documents and provide structured, written feedback following provided guidelines.
Review documents for quality, factual accuracy, relevance, and completeness.
Apply structured evaluation guidelines and record ratings (evaluation/rating labels).
Provide clear, actionable written feedback and justification for ratings.
Use Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to record findings and prepare summary notes when required.
Contribute subject-matter input to support evaluation-focused projects and quality checks.
Requirements
Candidates must meet the stated baseline qualifications and bring disciplined document-analysis skills.
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
At least 2 years of professional experience in a relevant domain (document review, support, success, or similar).
Strong analytical skills and excellent written communication.
Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Proven ability to follow structured guidelines and deliver consistent evaluations.
Fluent English; located in the US, GB, or CA.
