About Customer Support AI Training

The Role
As a Customer Support AI Training Specialist, you will contribute detailed, scenario-based expertise that helps inform and train AI systems for customer support. You will combine strong communication, product understanding, case analysis, and careful review to represent real-world support contexts.
This is an entry-level opportunity within AI training, although at least three years of professional customer support experience is specified for the role. You will work independently as a remote contractor while following detailed project instructions.

What You'll Do
Deliver clear, empathetic, and efficient support responses across multiple communication channels
Use CRM software to document, manage, and accurately track customer interactions and resolutions

Apply product knowledge to answer questions and educate end users

Requirements
You should bring substantial real-world customer support experience, including the ability to manage complex cases with empathy and sound judgment. Strong communication and careful attention to tone, clarity, and customer needs are essential.
You must be comfortable using CRM software and digital support tools, transferring product knowledge, educating users, analyzing problems, and following detailed instructions. Experience with remote or distributed teams is helpful.
