The Role
OpenTrain AI is seeking experienced Customer Service Experts for a phone-based project supporting customer requests across the United States. You will place and receive calls with businesses and service providers to complete tasks such as scheduling appointments, making reservations, confirming services, and gathering information.
This is an initial four-week contractor engagement with shift-based availability. Representatives are compensated for scheduled and available working hours rather than on a per-call basis.
