The Role
OpenTrain is seeking a Customer Service Phone Support Expert to represent customers during live calls with businesses and service providers across the United States. You will handle practical requests such as reservations, appointment scheduling, vendor confirmations, and similar customer needs.
This is an independent contractor role for someone who is confident on the phone, comfortable improvising in live conversations, and able to maintain professional communication across a high volume of short, consecutive calls.

What You'll Do

Requirements
Applicants must be able to communicate fluently in clear, neutral English for conversations with people in the United States. You should be comfortable working independently, handling outbound calls, navigating automated systems, and maintaining accuracy across consecutive tasks.
