About this role
OpenTrain is hiring a remote contractor for creative media review work centered on Adobe After Effects. In this role, you will evaluate motion graphics, visual effects, and compositing assets, critique motion design projects for creative quality and technical accuracy, assess AI-generated motion graphics for realism and value, and document clear technical findings that help refine creative pipelines and quality assurance processes.

What you will do
- Review motion graphics, visual effects, and composition assets with Adobe After Effects expertise.
- Critique motion design work for creative quality, technical accuracy, and industry-standard execution.
- Assess AI-generated creative media for realism, quality, and creative value.
- Provide feedback on design workflows, automation opportunities, and creative QA processes.
- Document findings and evaluation processes in clear written formats.
- Contribute remote collaboration and analysis to help improve creative pipelines.

Required skills
- Proven mastery of Adobe After Effects for motion graphics, visual effects, and compositing.
- Strong eye for motion design and animation critique.
- High attention to detail and analytical creative review judgment.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with workflow automation and technical documentation.
- Experience evaluating AI-generated creative content is a plus.
