Contract Redlining Attorney, 4+ Years

Review commercial agreements for a confidential law and AI training project. You will compare drafts with established playbooks and policy positions, identify legal and business issues, and decide on suitable positions and fallback outcomes.

The work uses practical experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and technology transactions. You will also explain proposed redlines clearly, maintain consistent standards with other contributors, and produce accurate legal writing independently.

• Review and redline MSAs, NDAs, DPAs, and similar commercial agreements.
• Assess limitation of liability, indemnification, confidentiality, and data protection provisions.
• Write clear reasons for proposed redlines, revisions, and fallback positions.
• Apply sound judgment to contract interpretation and commercial risk.
• Work with project contributors to maintain consistent interpretations and quality.

This is a remote, part-time contractor opportunity for attorneys based in the United States.

• $90 to $110 per hour.

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Active bar admission in a U.S. jurisdiction.
• At least four years of transactional practice focused on contract drafting, review, and negotiation.

• Ability to turn complex legal concepts into clear, actionable written analysis.
• Experience with technology transactions is especially relevant.
