About this role
OpenTrain is recruiting a Clio Workflow AI Training Specialist to complete and document realistic legal practice management workflows in Clio. This contractor role turns practical software expertise into high-quality interaction data for AI development, with work spanning matters, clients, contacts, tasks, documents, calendars, time tracking, billing, prompts, rubrics, and workflow explanations.

What you will do
- Complete assigned legal practice management workflows in Clio using provided instructions
- Create, update, and manage matters, client information, tasks, documents, and related records
- Navigate Clio features for calendars, time tracking, billing, case management, and document management
- Record your screen while completing workflows and clearly demonstrate the steps taken
- Create realistic prompts and detailed rubrics based on completed workflows
- Document the tools, features, and actions used in each workflow
- Review completed tasks for accuracy and alignment with project quality standards

Required skills
- Strong hands-on experience using Clio in a legal, law firm, or legal operations environment
- Current access to Clio and the ability to use the platform independently
- Experience with case or matter management, client management, document management, legal tasks, time tracking, or billing
- Ability to explain legal technology workflows and processes clearly
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Comfort recording and sharing your screen while demonstrating workflows

Helpful background
Experience in legal operations, legal assistance, paralegal work, law firm administration, legal technology, data annotation, RLHF, AI response evaluation, or model evaluation can help you succeed in this role.

Compensation
This role offers an advertised rate range of $30‑$100 per hour.
