The Role

OpenTrain is seeking a ClickUp Workflow AI Training Specialist to create realistic computer-based project-management workflows for advanced AI training. You will design challenging scenarios, prepare realistic ClickUp workspaces and sample data, document the starting context and success criteria, and record yourself completing each workflow.

This contractor, part-time role is open to applicants in Bangladesh, India, and Pakistan. The expected commitment is 20+ hours per week, with compensation of $25 USD per hour.

What You’ll Do

You will build and document realistic ClickUp scenarios that reflect the way teams organize projects, manage operations, collaborate, and complete administrative work. Each submission should provide a clear, authentic workflow that an AI system can learn from.

• Design scenarios for administration, operations, project management, team collaboration, and related workflows
• Configure or demonstrate workspaces, Spaces, Folders, Lists, tasks, subtasks, statuses, and custom fields
• Use views, dashboards, Docs, comments, assignments, deadlines, and automations in realistic workflows
• Prepare permissions, references, projects, and sample tasks before recording
• Record task execution clearly and realistically while following project instructions
• Review recordings and submissions for completeness, clarity, realism, and quality-guideline alignment

Required Skills and Experience

You should have hands-on ClickUp experience and be comfortable translating real project-management or operations work into structured scenarios. The role requires careful preparation, clear documentation, computer fluency, and the ability to work independently.

• Hands-on ClickUp configuration across workspaces, Spaces, Folders, Lists, tasks, statuses, custom fields, views, dashboards, Docs, and automations
• Ability to design realistic project-management, administration, operations, or collaboration scenarios with clear goals and success criteria
• Skill in preparing sample data, permissions, references, and workspace settings before a screen recording
• Ability to document and review workflows so recordings and task context are complete and understandable
• Comfort using computers, browser-based tools, files, permissions, and screen-recording workflows
• Reliable self-directed work habits and close attention to preparation and submission quality

Helpful Background

Experience in project management, administration, operations, sales, marketing, HR, customer support, documentation, or other computer-based workflows can help you create authentic ClickUp scenarios.
