The role

What you'll do

Day-to-day you will review documents and test realistic business scenarios to ensure outputs meet professional standards.

• Review AI-generated Excel, PowerPoint, and Word deliverables for accuracy, clarity, structure, and presentation.
• Provide structured, actionable feedback on finance, strategy, marketing, operations, reporting, and proposal documents.
• Test realistic business scenarios in common office formats and note failures, edge cases, and usability issues.
• Identify recurring problems and communicate clear recommendations to improve model outputs and workflows.
• Rate deliverables using structured evaluation/rating schemes so feedback can be tracked and acted on.

Requirements

You must meet the role's substantive qualifications and be comfortable giving constructive, written feedback in Chinese about business documents and processes.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field (required).
• 3+ years’ experience in business functions such as strategy, finance, marketing, operations, sales, or HR.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for producing and assessing polished business deliverables.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Fluency in Chinese (reading and writing) aligned with the role title.

Schedule, employment type, and pay
