What You'll Do
You will combine practical chemistry expertise with careful evaluation and documentation to support AI training. Your work may include analyzing experimental information, assessing outcomes, and communicating technical concepts clearly to both specialists and non-specialists.
Conduct qualitative and quantitative chemical analyses and experiments for product development, quality control, or process optimization.
Design and interpret complex laboratory experiments involving chemical reactions, synthesis, and separation techniques.
Document laboratory methodologies, data, and findings clearly and accurately.
Critically evaluate experimental outcomes and propose improvements.
Collaborate with project stakeholders and translate chemistry concepts for non-specialist audiences.
Contribute domain-specific expertise to improve AI model training and reasoning.
Requirements
This role is suited to a chemistry professional who can apply advanced scientific judgment, laboratory experience, and strong communication skills to AI training tasks.
Advanced degree in Chemistry or a closely related field; PhD preferred.
Extensive hands-on experience with wet lab techniques, experimental design, and instrumentation.
Deep understanding of chemical reactions, analytical chemistry, and laboratory best practices.
Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to communicate complex chemistry concepts to non-specialists.
