About AI training work
AI training (data labeling, annotation, and human feedback) is the human backbone of machine learning — people prepare, review, and improve the examples models learn from. This work is mostly remote, often part-time and flexible, and gives contributors a direct role in improving state-of-the-art AI.
The role
We are hiring experienced C# Godot developers to review and annotate AI-generated C# Godot source code and explanatory text. You will identify bugs, inconsistencies, and opportunities to improve generated code, then write concise, actionable feedback that helps the model and engineering teams improve output quality.
This is a contractor, part-time position (less than 20 hours per week), worldwide/remote, paid hourly at USD 25. Work is performed using our labeling/review tools (OTHER).
What you'll do
- Review AI-generated C# code for Godot projects: verify correctness, architecture fit, and runtime behavior.
- Annotate code and accompanying explanations to flag errors, suggest fixes, and mark best-practice deviations.
- Explain issues clearly in English with concise, actionable recommendations and, when helpful, short code examples.
- Assess performance, resource usage, scene management, and potential edge cases in submitted code.
- Conduct structured interview evaluations of C# Godot candidates following provided guidelines and produce a short final evaluation.
Requirements
You must meet the core technical and communication requirements below; we will verify experience and writing during screening.
- 5+ years hands-on experience building and optimizing games or applications in Godot using C#.
- Strong understanding of Godot architecture: scene management, node hierarchy, signals, resource management, and game loops.
- Deep familiarity with C# in Godot: project setup, debugging, performance considerations, and differences from GDScript.
- Practical experience with physics, input handling, UI creation, rendering, plugin use, version control, and project organization.
- Experience with performance tuning, threading/resource loading, multiplayer or advanced features, and troubleshooting rendering or memory issues.
- Proven ability to review and annotate code: identify issues, recommend improvements, and reference best practices.
- Excellent written English: you will produce concise interview notes, feedback, and final candidate evaluations.
- Follow instructions for professional interview conduct: keep internal chain-of-thought hidden, ask clarifying follow-ups, and provide minimal hints when needed.
Interview & final evaluation deliverables
When you conduct interviews per the provided guidelines, deliver a concise evaluation for each candidate that covers their C# Godot expertise, problem-solving approach, code review and annotation capabilities, communication/writing skills, and overall suitability for the role.
- Summaries should be clear, structured, and focused on evidence from the interview or code samples.
- Do not disclose internal reasoning or chain-of-thought; keep feedback professional and actionable.
