The Role

We’re looking for a Business Operations Analytics Specialist to create and evaluate document-based examples used to train generative AI. You will produce expert responses, review model outputs, and provide clear, consistent ratings and written feedback so models learn from structured human expertise.

This is a part-time contractor role, estimated at about 20 hours per week for 1–3 months. Work is fully remote and open worldwide; English fluency is required.

What You’ll Do

Your work will center on documents and text-based tasks. You’ll follow project rubrics to evaluate model outputs, write or improve expert-level responses, and explain the reasoning behind your judgments so feedback is actionable for model training.

Project Details: Data & Labeling

This project uses document-based data and focuses on two label types: evaluation/rating and text generation. Tasks include rating model responses against criteria and authoring improved or alternative expert responses.

You will work from provided guidelines and rubrics. No specific labeling software is mandated; training and task instructions will be supplied within the project workspace.

Compensation & How It Works

Pay is per hour at $50–$60/hour. Based on the estimated schedule (20 hrs/week) and duration (1–3 months), estimated project earnings are $8,000–$9,600.
