The Role

OpenTrain is recruiting a Business Analyst who is professionally bilingual in English and Italian to support the fine-tuning of large language models. This contract, project-based role focuses on analytical reasoning and text-based data annotation in both languages.

The engagement is remote and requires overlap with US hours, including four hours per day aligned with UTC-8. The initial engagement lasts one week, with potential for extension. Compensation is based on experience and expertise.

What You'll Do

You will create and evaluate training data that teaches language models to reason through complex business and analytical scenarios. You will follow project guidelines carefully, identify issues in data, and communicate useful feedback to improve model performance.

• Answer complex analytical questions for large language model training
• Create scenario-based training material
• Review, label, classify, and validate data

Requirements

This entry-level opportunity is suited to analytical communicators who can work confidently in English and Italian. No prior specialized subject-matter experience is needed, but you should be comfortable with logic puzzles, quantitative analysis, research, and interpreting data.
