The Role

OpenTrain is seeking a Business Analyst AI Training Expert to create and evaluate analytical scenarios for large language model fine-tuning. You will answer logic puzzles, data interpretation questions, and other reasoning tasks while providing correct answers and clear explanations.

The engagement lasts one week and requires a 40-hour weekly commitment. Work is remote, with required overlap with US hours.

What You'll Do

• Review, label, classify, and validate analytical data according to project guidelines.
• Create analytical questions based on sales data analysis, logic puzzles with rules, and other reasoning scenarios.
• Answer analytical questions and provide correct answers with detailed explanations.
• Identify edge cases and annotation issues, then escalate them appropriately.
• Perform quality checks and provide clear, constructive feedback.
• Meet productivity and quality targets while working independently.

Requirements

This role requires strong analytical and research skills, careful attention to detail, and the ability to explain reasoning clearly. You should be comfortable working independently in a remote setting and following project-specific guidelines.

You must be multilingual in English and Portuguese and able to commit to 40 hours per week for the one-week contract. A reliable desktop or laptop and internet connection are also required.
