Bilingual Indonesian Psychologist AI Training Expert

The Work

You will help improve AI systems by reviewing psychological content and creating materials grounded in professional practice. Your work will cover case studies, documentation, assessments, bilingual scenarios, and AI-generated material in Indonesian and English.

You will need to judge whether content is accurate, ethical, culturally sensitive, and consistent with established psychological best practices. You will also explain your decisions clearly and work with contributors from different fields.

• Analyze psychological case studies and documentation and provide detailed feedback.
• Create culturally sensitive psychological scenarios and supporting materials in Indonesian and English.
• Review AI-generated psychological content for accuracy, ethics, and professional quality.
• Interpret and refine psychological assessments across both languages without losing meaning or cultural context.
• Document evaluation processes clearly and systematically.

What It Pays and Takes

This is a part-time contractor role for an experienced psychology professional. Previous AI training work is not required because psychology expertise is the foundation of the role.

• Pay: $100 to $200 USD per hour.
• Time: 20 or more hours per week.
• Languages: Native or near-native Indonesian and English, including complex psychological terminology.
• Location: Open to applicants in the countries listed for this role.
• Education: PhD in Psychology required.
• Experience: Demonstrated experience in both clinical and academic psychology settings.
• Core skills: Case study and assessment development or evaluation, strong analysis, critical thinking, ethical judgment, and clear written and verbal communication.
• Also valued: Cultural sensitivity, adaptability in multicultural environments, and familiarity with digital tools for remote collaboration and documentation.
• Helpful background: Patient treatment experience, an active clinical license, relevant psychological research, or work with AI and technology.
