The Role

OpenTrain is recruiting an Arabic CX AI Agent Tester and QA Reviewer for a short-term project evaluating a conversational AI agent. You will combine hands-on test calls with quality reviews and written feedback about conversation flow and user experience.

• Experience level: Intermediate
• Language: Native-level Arabic
• Project subject: Conversational AI agent testing
• Pay: $16-$18 USD per hour
• Employment type: Contractor and part-time

What You'll Do

You will follow provided prompts and scenarios during test calls, then review recorded calls using structured quality criteria. Your feedback should clearly explain how well the agent handled the conversation and where the user experience could improve.

• Complete 10 test calls with a conversational AI agent
• Follow the provided prompts and scenarios
• Complete 10 QA reviews of calls
• Assess response accuracy, tone, clarity, and naturalness
• Provide clear written feedback on conversation flow and user experience

Requirements

This role requires native or native-level Arabic proficiency, prior experience with data annotation or similar quality evaluation work, and the ability to make clear phone calls with good audio quality.

• Ability to place calls to an EU, UK, or US phone number
• Clear phone calls with good audio quality
• Strong attention to detail when assessing AI responses
• Available to start immediately
