The Role

OpenTrain is seeking an AI Talent Acquisition Specialist to support AI-training initiatives through high-quality sourcing and candidate assessment. You will identify qualified professionals, evaluate their experience, and provide structured insights that improve contributor selection and project decisions.

The role combines talent-market research, resume review, structured interviewing, consultative communication, and clear documentation. It is designed for an independent professional who can manage deliverables remotely and communicate findings clearly.

What You'll Do

You will apply practical talent-acquisition judgment across sourcing, evaluation, research, stakeholder communication, and reporting. Your findings will help refine project scopes, candidate profiles, and resource-allocation decisions.

• Apply advanced sourcing strategies across diverse platforms and talent pools.
• Screen and evaluate resumes against project-specific requirements.
• Facilitate structured interviews and deliver actionable assessment insights.
• Research job markets to support project decisions and resource allocation.
• Engage prospective contributors through persuasive, consultative communication.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine project scopes and candidate profiles based on market trends.
• Document findings through clear written reports and verbal presentations.

Requirements

Bring at least five years of demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, sourcing, and candidate assessment. Strong judgment, careful documentation, and the ability to connect market observations with practical recommendations are essential.
