What You'll Do
You will apply practical judgment to CRM and revenue operations scenarios, helping create useful training data and feedback for AI systems. The work combines hands-on systems knowledge with clear explanations, documentation, and stakeholder-focused decision-making.
Configure and optimize Salesforce, HubSpot, or comparable CRM platforms
Integrate and manage tools for quoting, billing, ticketing, project tracking, onboarding, or workflow automation
Establish and document scalable workflows that adapt to changing business requirements
Encourage adoption of new workflows among sales and customer success stakeholders
Monitor data quality across connected systems, identify discrepancies, and resolve operational issues
Assess conflicts between operational policies and recommend practical, sustainable resolutions
Produce clear reports and documentation that improve transparency and usability
Share feedback on system usability and adoption to support better operational practices and AI training data
Requirements
This opportunity is designed for someone who has directly owned CRM and connected revenue systems in a SaaS environment. Strong candidates can simplify complex processes, protect data integrity, communicate decisions clearly, and help sales and customer success teams adopt new ways of working.
At least four years of hands-on experience in sales, revenue, or customer success operations within a SaaS environment
Direct responsibility for configuring and maintaining a CRM platform
Hands-on ownership of CRM fields, workflows, automation, or permissions
Experience administering at least two connected tools beyond the CRM, such as CPQ, billing, ticketing, project tracking, onboarding, or integration platforms
Practical judgment for resolving conflicts between operational policies without overcomplicating processes
Ability to maintain data integrity across interconnected SaaS systems and produce actionable reports
Excellent written and verbal communication for documentation and stakeholder engagement
Demonstrated ability to drive adoption of new workflows and systems among sales and customer success professionals
Helpful Background
Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, quoting or CPQ tools, subscription billing platforms, support systems, project tracking tools, or integration and automation layers can help you contribute effectively.
