Learning and Assessment Specialist

You will review and improve learning materials so AI systems can learn from accurate, thoughtful educational expertise. The work covers quizzes, tutoring content, rubrics, formative assessments, and instructional resources.

You will judge whether learning interactions build lasting understanding instead of simply producing correct answers. You will also document clear recommendations and feedback for educational content and AI-driven learning tools.

• Evaluate content for academic accuracy, teaching quality, learner engagement, and alignment with learning objectives.
• Apply and improve rubrics, grading criteria, and tools used to measure learning outcomes.
• Review or develop visual, interactive, and multimodal learning materials for diverse learners.
• Assess academic rigor, learner suitability, and developmental value.
• Share precise written feedback and observations that improve educational resources.

What It Pays and Takes

This is a remote, part-time contractor opportunity. The role has a strong preference for availability during standard US Pacific Time working hours.

Prior AI training experience is not required. The role does require relevant education experience and sound judgment about learning, assessment, and educational quality.

• Pay: $90 to $130 per hour.

• Skills: Create or optimize visual, interactive, or multimodal learning materials for diverse audiences.
• Strengths: Excellent written and verbal communication, close attention to detail, independent remote collaboration, and strong judgment of academic correctness, learner suitability, and educational value.
